This APR intake system, intended for the 2.0 TFSI EA888.4 engines of the Golf 8 R / S3 8Y / Cupra Formentor is a final solution, routing from the front of the vehicle up to the turbo inlet. Composed of an open air box with dual frontal inlets, a washable high flow air filter, a large volume intake pipe and a specific turbo inlet adaptor (removable and upgradable), this APR intake is one of the most complete and surely the best quality / price / performance ratio on the market ! Offering an average gain of 19hp on a stage 1 tuned engine and a particularly aggressive sound, this intake system made of cross-linked polyethylene can be completed by the installation of an airbox lid to be used as a closed intake instead of an open system.
