This HKS extension kit, designed for the 4B11 engine of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X, fits as a direct replacement for the original turbo outlet (elbow) and front pipe in order to increase the volume of the entire system by 25% for optimal flow. Installed between the catalytic converter and the turbo, this HKS downpipe, made of S304 stainless steel, has a two-part structure with a forged and divided outlet to limit turbulence at the turbo outlet, and a 65mm diameter front pipe to maintain sufficient backpressure for optimal response time !
