Esta manta térmica Alpha Competition se instala, sin ninguna modificación, alrededor de los turbos IS12 / IS20 o IS38 instalados, entre otros, en los Audi S3 8V / TT 8S / Golf 7 GTI / Golf 7 R o León 3 Cupra para aislar al motor y, más particularmente, a la admisión de las radiaciones térmicas emitidas por el turbo. Fabricada con silicato de calcio, magnesio y fibras de carbono, esta manta de turbo está diseñada para soportar temperaturas extremas y para ser instalada sin necesidad de desmontar el turbo.
