This APR turbo muffler delete fits without modifications in the turbo of the 1.8 / 2.0 TFSI EA888.3 engines fitted to the Audi S3 8V / TT8S / Golf 7 GTI / Golf 7 R or Leon 3 Cupra, in order to replace the original turbo muffler designed to reduce boost charge sound. Originally, the airflow from the turbo outlet runs through an aluminum adapter with side vents aimed to evacuate part of the air volume in order to reduce the noise level at performance expense. This muffler delete made from solid aluminium, will remove these vents to eliminate air losses between the turbo outlet and the intercooler to enhance turbo charge sound and to offer a better power delivery to the engine !
