The original pipe that connects the turbo to the intercooler on the Ford Fiesta ST Mk8 has a relatively narrow diameter and a construction that does not properly support the pressure and airflow required by a tuned 1.5 Ecoboost engines. This Forge Motorsport kit replaces this element with a silicone pipe with aluminium fittings and adaptors designed to increase the air volume by 50% and to remove the original resonator in order to optimise air flow.
