The Forge Motorsport Audi TTRS Mk3 intercooler core is a huge 640x250x100mm and of bar and plate design. This gives a huge 56% more surface area than stock, and 94% more volume. The end tanks are made with integrated pipes in order to retain the stock boost hoses or use any aftermarket kit. Forge Motorsport also supplies a specific crash bar modified in order to accept the new larger core, then finish both the crash bar and core in black crackle finish powder coat for maximum longevity. On a stage 1 tuned TTRS tested, the Forge Motorsport intercooler shown a huge 40hp gain, (470.5 ->520.8hp) with a peak inlet temperature of 34°C instead of 76°C !!
